Integrity Financial Associates Ltd initial consultation is free; however a professional fee is chargeable on application. The exact amount will depend on your circumstances - typically it will be £225. We will then receive a commission from the lender. Alternatively you have the option to pay via fee only. This will be charged at 1.5% of the loan and we will then refund any commission we receive to you. Therefore , 1.5% on the money raised for a mortgage of £100,000 a fee of £1500 may be charged if you choose this option.  Integrity Financial Associates Ltd is Authorised and Regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
